The 55+ lifestyle community received “Best Revitalization” and “Sales Team of the Year,” as determined by a panel of homebuilding professionals comprised of builders, realtors, architects, and advertising executives.

Hilltop at Falls Ridge (2006)
Westrum’s Hilltop at Falls Ridge community was honored with five awards: “Most Creative Marketing Campaign,” “Best Sales Center,” “Best Architectural Design of the Year,” “Townhouse of the Year Between $500,000 and $799,999” and “Most Creative Brochure Under $7.00.” The Hilltop at Falls Ridge is Westrum’s new luxury townhome community in East Falls.
