The Design Center includes two working upgraded kitchens and bathrooms featuring some of our most popular upgrade selections. Westrum’s exclusive Option Manual, customized for each community, offers a catalog of photos and descriptions to help you make the right choices for your new home.
The selection process is aided by the Design Center staff, who work privately with each homeowner to choose their options. The selection process is generally broken up into two visits. In your first visit to the Design Center, you will focus on color selections beginning with the exterior and working through to the kitchen, baths, and flooring. The second visit focuses on the electric layout and finalizing your paperwork.
